Commercial and office building in Gedera. On the ground floor, shops were planned with the entrance to them from the outside and a lobby for the offices, and in addition an exterior lobby that leads to the restaurants on the first floor, which the entrance to was through an exterior balcony. Our inspiration for the restaurants on the first floor was “Malibu Center” in Nes Ziona, a charming and successful center that we hope will remain successful in the years to come. The first floor is versatile and can be converted into shops or offices.
