Offices and high-tech industries building for rent, and a parking building. This is the second phase of three building complex.
Following the design and conceptual scheme of the first building, in this building, too, care was taken to save on budget and energy and flexibility in the floor plan.
The complex, as a whole, is designed with aerodynamic lines that complement each other. The building was planned using the latest technology, combining BIM and REVIT.
The building is about 20,000 squre meters, and another 10,000 squre meters are in the basement and parking floors.
